Standard
Access
There are no hourly charges for
Standard Access Accounts under 200 hours usage per month. (.03 per minute charge applies
over 200 hours). You get fast and reliable analog
connections at 28K, 33.6K, or 56K. Other digital connections at 64K and 128K are available
in most areas. Safer
Internet reserves the right to refuse access
(during peak usage times) to users who exceed the
200 hour per month standard. If you need more than 200 hours of usage per month then take a look
at our Dedicated Access below.
Dedicated
Dial-up Access
Safer Internet
gives your home or office the option to connect on-line
24 hours a day without interruption. This service is important for those who need instant
access for incoming email and for businesses that are utilizing a server or LAN. Dial-up
connections that require more than 200 hours of usage per month are Dedicated Access accounts.
Dedicated Wireless
Access
Wireless Internet access is available in
limited areas. This service is ideal for businesses in need of dedicated high bandwidth
connection to the net. Please call to speak with one of our wireless account engineers.
E-Mail
Safer Internet
provides our customers with free email accounts for the
entire family. Business customers receive up to 5 email accounts with any dial-up
account. Businesses can have more free email accounts with additional connection plans.
Otherwise, additional email accounts are $3.00/mo. each.
Filtered
Access
It is our belief that easy access to
objectionable materials found on the Internet can be deleterious to the mental and
spiritual growth of our children and a dangerous distraction for adults. For those

Live Support
Specialists
Safer Internet
will give you live support for IE and Netscape browser
configurations and provide assistance with your email program and Internet connection. Our
help desk is open from 8am to 5 pm
Monday through Friday, and 10am to 3 pm Saturday.

Hosting
Safer Internet
Can host your web site. A basic
business card web page design can be created by our staff for less than you might think.
Design a web page yourself or let Safer
Internet design a site for you at the affordable
rate of $60 per hour. Web pages include 10Mb of disk space and you can purchase additional
10Mb of space(s) for $10/month (per 10 megs).
Personal
Homepage
Safer Internet
provides our customers with 2Mb of disk space for a personal
(non-commercial) homepage. You may develop the homepage yourself and FTP (file transfer
protocol) the files through the Internet with your password.
Annual and
Semi-Annual Agreement Discounts
Safer Internet
gives you special pricing when you sign-up for a year, or even
6 months. Discounts do not apply with any other special offer.
Late Payment:
If an account is not paid within 10 days of invoice date then a
late fee of $5.00 will be assessed. If an account is not paid within 14 days from
the invoice date it will be put on-hold. If the account is not paid within 21 days
from the invoice date the account will be terminated and advance payment will be applied
to final month. In the event a Subscriber issues a bad check or if a credit card is
denied, the Subscriber agrees to pay Safer Internet
a service charge of $20.00.
Payment Methods:
Credit Card - Customer calls and gives one of the following card types (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and Bank Debit Cards) to be entered on their account.
